Picasso Triggerfish seems ill, help

I have a small Picasso Trigger, all of a sudden he seems to be sleeping a lot more than usual and in the middle of the day. I checked the salinity, nitrate, nitrate, ammonia, and PH and its all perfect. When I moved him into my 'sick' tank he tried to jump out of the water and started to roll over multiple times. I have a good bubbler in the sick tank and the water temp is 76. I also just noticed that there is a red dot on the underside of him. Any thoughts? Thank you

it has an infection because of poor feeding. ive seen this befor, a lot. put it in a qt wher you can use antibiotics and work on feeding meaty food.
