picasso with cloudy eyes?

I have noticed that my Picasso trigger has had cloudy eyes ever since I put him in my tank. The water conditions are ph-8.2, nitrate-40, nitrite->.l, and ammonia-0(Salifert). My tank has been established for about 5 months. My trigger is doing great and follows me around the tank and eats his food with percision. The film on his eyes is greenish when he swims next to the light. Is this normal or is it a problem and how do I solve? I am worried about this because I am thinking about adding another fish. Thanks for all your help and time!

this is new to me but, put this in the disease and treatment section and also tell what the tankmates of the trigger are and how big your tank is.
