The last pic is of xenia it is not doing well is the placement bad I have tried moving it a few times?

xenia tends to do better when there is nitrates in the water, and i've noticed my xenia is doing GREAT up near the top of the rock (i just got it about a month ago and three stalks have grown).
maybe you should put up near the lights a little more.
