Hey guys, I just added my first fish (firefish goby) to my 36 gallon bow front and i thought i would share with you guys how the tank looks so far. I still want to possibly add some more live rock down the road because the tank seems really empty to me but maybe thats just me lol, but here are the specs for the tank.
- Pengiun 350 Power filter
- Seaclone 100 protein skimmer
- Koralia 1 power head
- 20lbs live sand
- 15 lbs of crushed shells and argonite (base for live sand)
- 18lbs of fossilized coral
- One 15lb piece of live rock
- 2 fake mushroom anemones (these are already growing brown algae so i'm debating removing them but the snails and crabs love them)
- 3 turbo snails
- 1 bumble bee snail (hitchhiker on live rock)
- 5 hermits
- 1 firefish goby
Ammonia, nitrites and nitrates are all good and the pH is 8.0 so far so good. Also, any suggestions as to what to feed the goby? As of right now i only have flake food. Thanks guys.
