It is not an anemone. Its an australia harvested coral (generally) and is relatively expensive $40/polyp maybe more. Ive seen them on the 'live aquarium" for 79.00/polyp.
LPS
similar to elegance coral, will eat like an anemone, determined to be 'hardy' but does require supplemental feedings frequently so take that 'hardy' with a grain of salt.
I beleive its a deeper water coral, but it does still require decent (low to medium) lighting because they are Zooxanthellate. Tentacles generally stay open day and night. Medium 'gentle' current.
They are awesome! and very colorful.
EDIT: Viper would be a good reference for thier care

BTW scoobs, I almost forgot...
They look awesome and are opened beautifully! Congrats on this addition. Do they have a smiley face that says 'jealous'? lol post it here for me.

Keep us posted on how they do. Im curious as they will be my next addition, Ive read alot about them- they were my first "oh my god" coral when I got my tank that I 'had to have'.
Where did you get them and how much were they?

So far one of the most amazing things is that if a fish hits it it closes up like a zoa or something. It reacts super fast unlike any lps I have seen.
