You stuff looks great..were did you get your horse shoe crab?? and also are they hard to keep?

Thanks! I got the Horseshoe crab at my LFS. I think im gonna take it back for credit because I have too much LR and they need alot of sand to sift through for food. Thats why they end of dying because of not enough food in the sand. They also get very big. I guess you can tell that this was an impulse buy

I bought one too, impulse style at the LFS on 46 in clifton, I only have a 55, but its a DSB, so he disappears for sometimes a month at a time. Just when i give up hope that he is still alive he'll pop out of the sand and start swimming around upside down in that doofy style they have. Definately one of the coolest critters in my tank... loads of personality

He has been in the sand all day yesterday. He likes to come out in the moring and move to the other side of the tank. Here is a pic of my anemone i think almost fully extended.

what kind of lights do you have

I have a Coralife 130 watt PC setup with built in fans. I also have 1 coralife 30 watt 50/50 and 1 30 watt coralife 10,000k But I dont use them they were in my Eclipse hood before I upgraded.

Looks like you have one really active anenome.

With the anemone as active as it is, make sure all your powerheads have sponge filters on them or else you will lose the anemone when it wanders too close. It looks like it is already tempting fate.

I have since removed the powerhead that the Anemone was attached to. It is a MAG 3 that runs my Aqua C Remora pro, which is just huge in my tank and blocks alot of light.
