Looking good. What room do you have that in? Do you have a cover/shield of any kind to keep all the stray light from filling the room? Obviously that doesn't matter in every room but I've always had my tanks in rooms where I didn't want to be blinded by MH all the time.

Nice looking set up. I hope to upgrade to MH lights when I have the extra $$$. Since yours is on your tank rather than hanging from ceiling have you noticed any increase in temp?

Got the whole light set up brand new for only $399.00 believe it or not. 785 watts of lights all together.
I haven't had any heat problems yet but its winter and not all that warm out yet. I fear I may have to run my central air a lot in the summer.
My aquarium is a 125 gal.

hey supalupa
my lfs has been telling me to keep my temp lower because of the higher altitude where i'm at.
your in reno so has anybody said anything about that to you, and what temp and salinity levels do you have on your tank.
just trying to figure this out. Thanks
