what kind of anemone is that? did it just start growing tentacles out of its side?

It's an RBTA, and apparently it's called "budding". Instead of the anemone ripping itself in two, it is growing a twin on its side. the twin will then detatch itself from the foot and create a new anemone. Just noticed it this morning. If the timeline is anything like what I've read, it should be done by tonight.
