Pink brittle star?????

Anyone ever heard of or seen a pink brittle star??
They look like regular brittle stars but they look like they have little maracca (mexican shaker) things on them..
Anyone ever seen one or know if they are reef safe?

i HAD one,, the LFS called it a "button brittle" it sucked, ate all my shrimps. never trust the pinks IMO.

i have brittle star that is pink, it never has eaten any of my shrimps or hermits, he is mostly out at night and has been alive in my tank for 4yrs now when i bought him he was in a holding tank with other corals

I'd be interested in seeing a pic too if one is available....I don't believe I've ever seen a pink brittle. :thinking:
