Pink Cheato?

I have a piece of LR that looks like it has a clump of cheato on it, except its purplepink (coraline colored).
ID please?

Sometimes coraline will encrust on chaetomorpha algae. I have never seen it to the extent that you are expressing, but that is why pictures would be helpful. I also know of a flowery sort of calciferous pink algae...but I don't know that it would be confused with chaeto.
