Yes, frogspawn as well as other euphyllia (torch, hammer) will not harm each other. Their sting is extremely potent to other corals though so give them some room between others around them.

Torches will often kill other Euphyllia sp. Others are almost always okay. Mixing two of the same species is optimal and your two frogspawns should be fine together.

And that's the cliche that gets passed around - and the same thing I was told many times, too. I learned the hard way back when I started keeping Euphyllia and when I looked into it, I found corroborative experiences from many hobbyists and coral authorities.
