Pink Spotted Watchman Goby -- DIET

I am afraid that my PSW Goby is not getting enough food. I only have 2 other fish in the tank (75 gal) a FoxFace RabbitFish, and a Yellow Tang. I rotate between Frozen Mysis and Brine and only feed it every other day. On the off day I use Nori, Seaweed Selects, and a Pellet food. The problem is that the FF and the Tang get so aggressive that the Goby never seems to get enough. What other foods can I feed the goby?
I have been told to buy fresh shrimp from the supermarket rinse it in RO/DI water and then cut it up in small pieces and drop it in the tank. Can you do that? And if so do you leave the shell on or take it off?

Does your watchmen have a burrow it hangs out in?
Most do so I will assume, get a turky baster and spot feed the fish some frozen foods.

Yes, he does. He has one rock that he has taken most of the sand out of and made it his little hide away!
What types of frozen food?
