Pink Square Box Anthias with Popeye

Good Evening
I have a Pink Square Box Anthias with popeye. He si in my reef tank. About a week agay his one eye started to get larger and larger. It looks like to me that its starting to go down. Is this a good sign and should i treat him with something.

Try doing a water change and offering the fish high quality foods soaked in freshly minced garlic.
Is this a new fish that you have netted?

Eating like a PIG and I do 5 gallon water changes every 3 days on my 90 reef tank. I belive in keeping the best water quality possiable.
I noticed that his eye is starting to get better. It dont stick out as far and there is only a little puff spot under is eye. I think he might make it.

Offer this fish meaty foods soaked in freshly minced [real] garlic, not bottled garlic.
