most anenomes like silvertides or you can make your own food for them, shrimp cut up works too.

anything your fish eat it will too...not plant matter though =p, i feed mine dried crill sence i bought a bottle of the stuff not thinking HEY that FLOTS!!! cant give it to the fish it ends up floating in the sump
