Pink tip hatian

OK I have had my anenome for about a month now. He moved in the first few days then found a spot that he stayed for 2 weeks. The next few weeks he has moved several times. OK in the period of that month I found him stuck on the filter intake. So I would turn filter off and give him alittle poke till he detatches. Should I be worried about this?
Finally today he has this yellowish looking stuff that seems to be sticking out his mouth. Kinda tentacle looking but not. There are a few tentacles filled alittle but he is mostly closed. So i figure my water must be off.
So i guess my questions are: Should I be worried about anenome getting stuck on the filter intake?
And Is my anenome showing signs of death, (the yellow stuff)?

the stuff comeing out is prolly poop, and for the intake thing, if the foot is damaged they useuly die but there have been some that survive, just keep a close eye on him, if he looks like hes not going to make it take him out, they put out toxin when they die and can crash a tank
