pink tip question

i received a pink tip from this site last week. seems to be doing well. eats, and tentacles are open. my question is, is it possible for pink tip anemones to NOT have pink tips?

the only thing that comes to my mind is that if the anenome is bleached out it wouldnt have the pink tips.
