Pink Tip

Bought my pink tip the other day and looked great at the LFS and when i got it home and put it in my tank it got blown behind the rocks. Last night i found it and moved it and it lodged itself inbetween some rocks so i just left it. Well today it was behind a rock and i moved it again to feed it and it looks horrible, wondering if it is diing? It is attached to a piece of rock but it is way shrunk down and most of the tenticles are white and shrunk ( liek stubs ) while just a few are extented and tan color with pink tips and liek 2 tenticles are white with pink tips.
Should i toss it out?

Mine did the same thing when I first brought it home. After a few days it has full tenacles again. It will shrink sometimes but I think it found its spot. It has not moved from this spot for weeks. My crab hangs out with him.

No, don't toss it. I would stop moving it, it will go were it wants and you will have to spot feed where ever it is. they don't need to eat more than a few times a week too.
anyways i just put a thread up about asking how "normal it is, on a daily basis, for them to shrink or shrivel up. so hold out for a bit.
if you see it disinegrate then pull it quick
