hi. i have 4 pj cardinals and two of them have eggs in there mouths, can i breed this fish? is there any ways to do it? has any one done it before?what do i need to do it ?

the good news is its been done before-- and a google search will get you info on it, so you should you be able to do it as well.
first off - do understand that only pterapopgons (banggais) mouth brood and hold the fry for 20 days.
All other Apogons release their mouthbroods at 7-10 days post .So you will have free floating planktonic fry which are incredibly small. Do you know how to culture rotifers?
Have you read matt wittenrich's book on breeding SW fish? it has a chapter on breeding cardinals which might be a great start.
Lastly, consider checking out the cardinalfish breeding forum on marinebreeder
