Frogspawn will need the most light.. with that setup you can probably stick him around the middleish/top and he'll do fine. Candy cane can go anywhere.. I have less wattage than you and mines in the sand.. yellow polyps can go anywhere as well.

but are you not supposed to start them on the bottom and then move them up over time....just heard that not sure for sure
