Ok once again I am going to the experts. Finally got my coral out of QT. My question is this, do I put the skeleton bottom in the CC or do I leave it as is? Sitting on top.

it looks nice either way. i personally like it more on a rock.
Wow I think you set the record for a fast response thanks as long as its only aesthetics I have to deal with I will try both ways. Thanks

Not sure what your lighting is or what they need but here are some pics of it in the wild so you can see where it grows out there. http://images.google.com/images?hl=e...h+Images&gbv=2
Thank you
I know Goniopora are considered difficult to maintain. Lighting and flow will not seem to be a major problem for me. I think I am ok there. I am going to feed Hikari Frozen rotifers, Liquid Life Plankton w/ Cyclop-eeze, DT's Oyster eggs, Cyclop-eeze juice, Light Food mix but I can not seem to find a definitive spot for placement CC or live rock
I think the goole pics show them for the most part on the bottom in the substrate in the wild.
How about this. It does not look like it would violate posting rules to me. http://www.goniopora.org/

Thanks friend even if it is TOO LATE
I keep mine on bottom of 29 gallon with 150 wat halide and lots of flow. Ive had mine for about 6 months and looks great. I feed cyclopeez 3 times a week. here is a pic of mine
