Placing tank on its side

I received a used fish tank, 90gal, and need to clean it out. Would it stress the tank too much to place it on its side? It looks like the smaller end walls would support the longer front and back walls. I would like to hose it out.
Thanks

Thanks. I am very excited. A rich guy was getting out and gave me all his stuff for FREE! Protein skimmer, sump, stand, hood, lights, it goes on and on. The Lord has certainly blessed me for this tremendous gift!!
I have a lot of cleaning to do and have to learn how it all goes together. It would have taken me years to accumulate it all.
