planning to get a zebra eel

my LFS has the coolest little zebra that I really want to get but I've heard their hard to feed.It's only about 4 inches long.Some info on feeding would be helpful.

P.S I already have a snowflake(their not going in the same tank)

I have never seen one that small. I really like how they look.

there are a few that little at my lfs they have a 55 full of those little critter containers each one holding one little eel

i have a snowflake with a zebra...no problem...2 of the more passive eels out theres...just give adequate hiding areas

Wow 4in, that's tiny! I got mine when he was about 10in and I've actually had him for the past 2 years and he's about 2 and 1/2feet long now. IMO They are the absolute best eels to own hands down. They are very friendly and easy to feed. Just make sure the one your looking at is eating and you should be fine. Mine loves raw shrimp, also make sure you supplement their diet with vita-chem or eq.
