Plans so far...thoughts?

After doing a LOT of reading on a biocube 29 gallon and filtration, I think I know a little more about where I want to go with my tank. (still in cycle stage)
I know for sure I don't want to do any kind of mods that have me drilling or sealing...and I don't want to change the lighting. I mainly just want (for now) some really good filtration! And thanks to many threads on here, I now know more about how.
Here is a quick draw up of what I'm thinking. Let me know your thoughts.

Chamber 1: Bottom of chamber, Chemi and Purigen bags. Heater and modified filter tray. I plan on using a fliter sheet, cut to size, to catch large debris.
Chamber 2: Filter floss (or filter fiber) sitting on top of the drip tray. Under drip tray will be the chaeto with submersible light sitting on top of live rock rubble which is sitting on top of the false floor.
Chamber 3: Stock sponge (just cause...makes me feel like there's a filter stage in every chamber...
)
And that's it. Did I forget anything? Anything not sound right?
And since my stage is in the cycle still, does it matter that I still have the bioballs in there? I plan on taking them out in about a month...(after I get back from vacation)...and adding LR rubble and the chaeto at that time.
Thanks for any input!

Thanks!
Yesterday I went ahead and took out all the bioballs (wow there were a lot in there!). And I also took out the false floor in the 1st chamber. Was harder than I thought to take it out...but I'm glad it's out because now my heater fits perfectly!
I've still got to power wash some old LR...and after I do that, I'll take some pics of the rockwork. Right now, the rock is still soaking in a tub.

Trying to decide how much Chemi-Pure Elite and Purigen to buy...
Anyone able to tell me how much I will need to add to a 29 gallon biocube?
Also...how often do they need to be replaced? That will help me decide if I need to stock up on it or if I can wait a little while before buying more. (trying to spread out my start up money on lots of things...rather than buying in bulk now)
Thanks!
