Most likely just some kelp. If you have any herbivores, they may eat it, other than that it won't grow very fast, if you don't like it, just pluck it out.

Nothing really bad about haveing plants or macro-algeas in an aquarium unless they grow to amounts that you dont want. Can be a sign of other problems like high unwanted nutriants that they feed from.
I think the red thing in the photo is a fake decorative thing and your asking about the little green/brown leafy stuff ( correct if Im wrong ).....
It could be Halophila engelmannii . Not sure due to the quality of the photo and such deversity of species.

also true not the best pic ...and the pink thing is fake....got to start some where untill you have the cash to do all i want to ....it will do for now...
