Plate Coral For A Clownfish Home?

I Have 2 Tank Bred True Percula Clownfish that I just bought yesterday...
:cheer: They're doing greaaat!
:thinking: I was wondering if I should buy a PLATE CORAL (long tentavle) for it to be their home...
:notsure: Instead of an Anemone...

I am by no means an expert, but I have a plate coral and my clown fish don't go near it, and it's kind of finicky so I think even if the clownfish did try to host it, I think it might irritate the coral. I bought it thinking the same thing that you did, that my clownfish might like it but I don't have to worry about it traveling all over my tank. It didn't work out that way for me.
But I've seen star polyps and xenia's be homes for clownfish without irritating them. Good luck!
