Hello I just got a Plate Coral and it was bright green when I bought it. Now two days later it seems as if it is going brown on me... What does this mean? I have MH lighting like my lfs had and VHO and Tested water everything is great! Let me know. Thanks
is your tank a lot deeper or is it under a ledge as opposed to in the open at the lfs? A lot of factors can influence the changes in color. More information on both tanks would be helpful. Also, how old/new are your lights > the LFS lights?
short...... tanks are same 75gal my lights are only a few months old his not sure. I had it on a ledge close to light like he did. I just moved it to sand out in open.....
keep it on the sand, as the flesh on the underside of it is VERY sensitive and easily tears on rock. Out in the open is a good idea too. You still havent said what light differences and such are playing into this equation.
