Your 3rd pic on first set. what is it? The LFS has one and they seem to think it is suppose to have polyps comming out? I have been thinking about buying theres but would really like to know what it is and what it is suppose to do. thanks

I've not seen one identical to mine, but it is a scroll coral.Turbinaria reniformis
All the pics I see of this show much more defined polyps or much duller color. But I've never seen one this yellow and with small polyps. In the past 6 months I guess that it's grown 4 -5 inches in diameter.
