I HAVE A 175 GALLON FISH ONLY WITH ABOUT 120 PNDS OF LIVE SAND ALSO ABOUT 40 PNDS OF LIVE ROCK
AND OFCOURSE A WET/DRY SYSTEM ...IS FOR A FISH ONLY TANK BUT I'M AFFRAID THE BIG FISH WILL EAT THE CRABS OR SNAILS AND I NEED SOMETHING TO TURN THE SAND AROUND FOR THE ALGAE AND WASTE
I NEED A LIST OF WHAT KIND OF HARDY CRABS OR SNAILS TO PUT IN FOR A BEGGGINER AND HOW MANY IS
SUFFICIENT
I HEARD OF ..SALLY LIGHT FOOT CRAB AND TURBO SNAILS

Well we need to know what kind of fishes you have in your tank. If you have triggers, lionfish or any other aggressive fishes, then a cleaner crew just won't survive.
My recommendation would be a sand sifting starfish. Then again, if you have aggressive fishes then it won't do. You can do brittle stars, they clean too. I have a friend who keep these with a trigger.
To clean algae, a lawmower bleeny is a great fish who eats algae on lr.
So let us know what kind of fishes you have, ok?!

i haven't bought any fish, all i have is 12 damsels and i'm still in my 3rd week cycle

Crabs do little to keep a DSB turned over. You need to get sand infauna [organisms that live in sand]. This will mostly be worms. If you have LR, then you now have bristle worms. Don't get any predators of bristle worms. These guys are worth their weight in gold for a DSB system. Fighting conchs will also so a good job of turning over the DSB.
I can't say that an agressive setup is really compatable with a DSB. Are you trying to set up a reefsystem?

don't know much about it but i've heard the sally light foot and the turbo snails r the best.. but turbo snails can knock over your corals and one more thing.. emeral crabs r great algea eaters BUT i'm not sure he would survive in your tank it depend on your fish he's a fast little guy but they're around 15 or 16 dollars.. so i'm not sure i'd chance it.. but anough of my rambling.. sally light foot is a good choice..
