this is an algae that has been in my tank for a while it started as just the rim or edges of my shells and large sand chuncks and if the power head hits it just right it blows like a cob web it is very thin it has no hairs growing off it and if a crabl or snail goes through it it leaves a trail that gets recovered in a day or two.
