PLEASE HELP ME ID AN ORANGY WHITE CRAB WITH BLACK TIP CLAWS?

I bought some live rock last week and just yesterday i saw the crab's legs peep out of a rock and just now when i fed my fish for the first time it started to come out and I finally saw it! it is like a light orangy white crab with black tips on the claws. Im trying to id it so I know if its ok to leave in my tank or should I take it out. Please any help wold be greatly appreciated!

Hard to identify each and every crab...can you get a pic so we can try and determine if it's possibly a bad one?
Any further description of the claws? Pointy? Blunt?

Black Tips usually = Bad crabs. Most say to remove them and put them in your sump if you have one. . . I have the same kind of crab living in "jail" right now.
