So I finally turned my 14G BioCube into a Goby/Pistol shrimp tank.
I put in a Yasha goby that is paired with a Randalli Pistol Shrimp. The Yasha goby burrowed immediately and is very happy. The shrimp ran into the overflow and I can't get him out! The grates for the over flow are on the bottom and top of the tank and are not very wide, I can't believe the thing even got in there, but I watched him do it. :-(
I tried turning off the pumps and adding mysis to lure him out, NO LUCK. He's alive, I heard him snap. This is the second pistol shrimp that has done this.
Any ideas on how to lure him back out?
If I can't get him back out and he dies, any suggestions on what to do so that the overflow grate gaps aren't big enough for the pistol shrimp to climb in?
