please help me with a qt tank!!

hi i have a 55gal with two cleaner shrimp one yellow tang and one large maroon clown fish also a anemonie i have a protien skimmer and two emporier bio-filters one 280 and one is a 400 i have about 5 pounds of live rock. both of my fish have ich!! i want to set up a qt tank and put them in there but because i am new to all this.
1.want size of qt tank sould i use? a 10gal?
2.what do i need to put in the qt tank?
3.can i use the water that is in my show tank to fill my qt tank?
4.what do i do with them once i get them in the tank?
5.what should i do to the show tank?
6.how long should i leave them in the qt tank

I know everyone here will get upset with my next comment, but I've had great luck with kick ich. The first outbreak I had was a major one. It took a double cycle of kick ich and it worked really well(with no side effects on the reef at least so far) I've also been feeding my fish garlic soaked foods. The second outbreak was with a new hippo tang I brought home. He was covered with ick in the first 24 hrs but the rest of my fish had no signs of ich. I used kick ich for one cycle and he is doing fine and still no side effects with the corals etc. I know that QT and Hypo is supposed to be the best treatment but truthfully, I'm sticking with the kick ich. :D
