My tank had been established and going great for about 11 months then about 4 months ago I had a mysterious die off. A royal grama, 2 perc's, clowned sweetlips, yellow tangs, a tomato clown and a mandrin. All dead with no reason not ick, water conditions are and have been perfect. I have no clue why? About a month after that I moved. I kept all my live rock and sand well then re-set up my tank, let it cycle and added a few fish once my water conditions were ok. they were fine for two weeks then all but one died again no ick and I tested the water and had it tested by two local shops all water conditions are perfect. Then I got a few more fish two weeks later all I have left is a fire goby and a red linkia star.
WHAT COULD IT BE??????? I can't keep spending money on fish without knowing what is wrong.

Can you list your water parameters, maintenance schedule, water source/treatments, and what size tank were you keeping those fish in? When you restocked the tank, what fish, sizes and rate did you restock?

did you ever clean the tank with chemicals?
although that does not exclude the first 11 months, but maybe some chemicals accidently found their way in your tank at the 11th month and it is still the same chemicals causing the die offs.
- just a suggestion
I had to explicitly tell my maid to be very careful with any chemicals around my tank
