Please help my hippo

I have a hippo tang and it is developing reddish spots on its face. Is this normal and will he be ok? He is a baby and in a 30 gallon now and im transfering him to a 55 gallon tomorrow. is he ok?

You need to give more info for the sharks to help you. What are your water parameters.

Yes, describe the symptoms more. What do the spots look like. Are they bumps? How is the fish doing otherwise? Swimming, eating, etc.? What other fish in the tank? What are your water readings?

I have a kohl tang, baby hippo tang, puffer, and lion fish. There all quite small. The readings are nitrate: 30-40 nitrite: 0 Total aklanity: 180 ph:7.6 amonia:0. Are these good? The hippo has red speckles on his face some the size of needle points. Some look like teeny holes. There are a good amount of them on his face. The only thing i can think of is he got those wen he dives into his coral. We have a coral that he likes to dive into face first when hes scared so...
