The 2 most important things for anemones are good water quality and good lighting... Feeding is important too but they get most of their food from a good light source. You should upgrade your lighting with either power compact fluorescent or T5 high output fluorescent.
When you do upgrade your lighting, you will have to acclimate them to it or else they will get a sunburn. Start with about 4 hours of light per day and then slowly over a few weeks add an hour here and there until you get back to your normal lighting schedule. They also do much better with a lighting timer so if you don't have one I would recommend getting one too.

the goniopora is not for new hobbists. it actually does very poorly even with the most experienced. unfortunately, your LFS will not tell you that it not the hardiest of corals, even for advanced hobbists. how are your water parameters. are you using ro or ro/di water?

also, explain how are you doing waterchanges.
how do you mix the salt?
how long before you add it?
how much do you change?
is the water heated before the change?

Listen you tell what you're feed the corals and anomone, but not the fish. I bet you water is getting off good parameters. 1 Tsp dried phytoplankton won't all be uttilized by organisms you want, flake food twice aday is slowly adding to you bio load also. When the anemone regurges or poops back out it's mouth same thing. So re think your feeding schedule. Buy a few newer books. Read read read and yes come here and ask questions as we all did when we were newbies. But don't act first then ask - you are just killing animals. How ofter do you clean out the filter pads in your system, clean the collection cup on your skimmer, and as for light 19 + 15 = 34 / 20 = 1.7 watts per gallon. Anemone and green stony coral will eventually die from light starvation. Gonipora or flow pots tricky coral too. LFS who sells to you shouldn't, but clerks must know "fools and their money are soon parted".
