Please help...Sick Clownfish

I bought a 55 gal reef tank from a friend 2-1/2 weeks ago, which included a clownfish and a coral beauty angel. They acclimated well to the new environment and have both been feeding well, but two days ago I noticed the clown stopped feeding, appears to have difficulty breathing, and has perched itself upon a rock and will only move to re-postion itself (the angel appears to be fine). All the water levels are fine and there appears to be no white (or otherwise) markings on the clown. Please help for I fear he will die soon if I don't find a treatment for him.

Scott it sound like the fish may have the beginnings of a disease process, perhaps a bacterial infection. Have you noticed anything else, like skin dicoloration, white film, sheading of white film? Cloudy eyes?
Without a QT, which I'm assuming you don't have setup since you didn't QT the new fish, there is not much you can do to treat sick fish.

No, there doesn't appear to be any discoloration. I actually gained a little hope last night... He ate for the first time in a couple of days, and seemed to be a bit more active.
