PLEASE HELP - Sick Fire Shrimp!

I have a fire shrimp that is acting funny and I think he is sick. His keeps falling over on his side and his legs seem to be entertwined. His mouth moves and his feet down his tail move, but he can't seem to move his legs to help him stand up. And his bright red color seems to be fading. Please help me! This is my first fish tank and I don't know what to do.
I have a 30 gallon tank with the following creatures: blood red fire shrimp, two clown fish, a baby blue regal tang, and a tear drop butterfly fish. I also have 3 snails. I had an emerald green crab for a while, but he mysteriously died a few weeks ago. The fish have all seemed fine, and the shrimp was fine last night and was walking around like he usually does. But this morning he was laying on his side. I got him in November and he has molted 3 times since then. I feed my tank (once a day) frozen mysis shrimp and dried seaweed.
I have tried to help him up but he keeps falling over. He can't even move to get food. So I've got him propped up now, but it doesn't seem to be helping. He is my favorite and I don't want to lose him. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

There is a lot less known about invertebrate diseases than fish diseases (and this hobby is still in the early stages of understanding the fish diseases). However, I will try to help.
The most common reasons for a shrimp to get ill are related to poor water quality. They are particularly sensitive to copper (which is present in many medications - were any used?) and nitrates. They also are less sensitive to changes in specific gravity. What are your readings? How are you measuring your specific gravity? Swing arm type hydrometers are notoriously inaccurate.
A final thought is that the natural lifespan of shrimp is only a few years. If this shrimp is ~2 inches or larger - it may be just old.
