Please Help W/ Plumbing

OK
Soon I will get my new 105g up and running.
Here's the "?" I will be using a Shark sump w/ bio-balls as my filter. I under stand the basic plumbing of that, water from tank to the top and down the bio-balls then pump will suck from the bottom of the sump and bring it back to tank via spray bar, etc.
Next I have a Berlin Skimmer that will sit in the sump and will suck from sump and return to the sump(correct??)
Now the big ? is I also will be running an U.V and I don't know what my suck/return points should be
i also will be using a RedSea Ozone unit that I belive will just tap into the air inlet on my skimmer(yes/no??)
Any one have anytips???

Not sure about the ozone,,,But the UV is simple.Just get a powerhead that matches the reccomended flow rat of the UV,then just Pump the water out of the sump(next to the return so it is getting filtered water) then just return it to the sump...Just try to keep the pump, and the return far enough away from each other so you are not just recirculating the same water through the UV...

Thank you Mr.Salty
Ok so i don't want to suck and return from the main tank?? I dont have a very big sump and w/ the skimmer and it's power head in the sump it doesn't leave very much room
MR.SALTY-I sent you an e-mail a few day's ago not sure if you got it :D

is there any way that you can get the skimmer out of the sump??? i have the berlin turbo, and with a little help from pvc, i re-located it outside of the skimmer with just the pump inside. im sure i loose a little juice from the pump, but the skimmer is way overrated for my tank size. its funny what you change the more you learn. i then have the skimmer emptying into the refugium and there is a drain back to the sump. then back to the main tank. there are also a few ball valves in places, but i wont get into that. i havent taken any pictures yet, but when i get the electrical stuff installed, i can e-mail em if you want. pretty much everything in this set up was for ease of maintance, but we'll see once i get the water in the tank, i tested last weekend and it worked good, but got revised with the skimmer to the sump thing. oh yeah, have fun with it!!!!!!

Thanks :D
I think tha I can rig it so the skimmer is on the out side. I have a Berlin hang on skim. on my 58g with a power head in the sump. I do belive that the past owner of my 105g set had the U.V runnig from main tank and back to main tank  What set up is better???
Also what is a refugium ??? Whats it do??
I have some pics of my 58g and some on my new 105g but I need to figure out how to post them  Any Help??
Thanks ;)

refugiums are pretty much another tank type thing that are aside from the main tank that harbor beneficial macro algaes that would normally be food if they were in the main tank. these macro-algaes, such as caulerpa are very efficent nitrate removers, the water flow must be dramatically slower then through your normal sump though. im sure doing a search on refugiums and caulerpa will yeild more answers than i can, or at least explain them better. my setup in some respects is all cool, but on the other hand my refugium is made out of an old pickle bucket from a sandwich shop and my skimmer is emptying into a slurpee cup from 7-11. whatever works :D

Check out my pics of my refugium on my new website....still very much under construction btw!! Also in my signature (below) there is a link to a sump diagram with a refugium section that has it's OWN waterflow that I can REGULATE the gph of with a ball valve! Too bad it wasn't MY idea!! Email me for any other questions on building it. Some here would say that if you have a good size refugium that you don't need the wet/dry.
Re: posting pics....I would recommend homestead for a free website to put all your pics on info on...it has a cool, easy to use website designer!! Email me...

hey regarding the refugium thing, when i start playing with my 200 a little more, it has a built in wet/dry on the side, but other than that all i will put on in terms of filter will be a good size refugium and a bitchin skimmer. still just thinking about stuff, since i plan on only having the main tank 6 inches off the ground and all bulkheads are on the bottom (main point was the refugium) ok im done and made little sense
