Please help with ICH

I just bought a Regal Tang last weekend and I think he has ICH now. All my water parameters are perfect and none of the other fish have ever had ICH. I've noticed that the new Regal Tang is very shy. I'm wondering if this is caused by stress and will go away or if I need to do something to cure the Regal before it's too late. Help!!!

Oh, I forgot to mention that the Regal has small little white dots on him. I assume that's ICH?
I also have Berlin protein skimmer, I use RO water, 4 VHO lights, 65 gal tank.

Regal tangs are known to be shy fish and they are also known to get ich very easy.
There are a couple of methods to get rid of ich. The one I did was soaking the food in garlic.
Search this board for garlic and you will get much more detail.
Good Luck !!

Tangs are nutorious for ich. They are ich magnets. Did you quarantine him first? From experience I have learned that it is a must. that way, if they do get ich, you can treat it without treating your whole tank. They do make several products that work and are safe for inverts. I use RX-p some like it and some don't, do a search on the board and see what they reccommend. Good luck. Do a search on fresh water dips too.
