Please Help with this tank size

I am buying this tank and this guy gave me thease dementions.. They say it's a 90 gallon But I am not sure please HELP.
Here is the size..
48.5 L x 20.5 T x 18.5 D
Is this a 90 gallon????? Please respond ASAP!

Hey Melissa, the easiest way to know is to do the equation:
(W X L X H) / 231
According to your measurements, your tank is about 80 gallons.

These are the exact meas. of my tank 75g.These mesasurements are from the edges of the trim,front to back,top to bottom,side to side.If you just measure the actual glass you get 48x20x18 = 75g
