Hello Everyone
I'm Amazed How Everyone Here Is So Helpful And Knowledgable.i'm New At This So Please Bare With Me. I Have A Buddy Who Is Selling Me His 125g Tank With A Wet And Dri System With Pumps And Skimmer The Whole Nine Yards For 300.00 Dollars. Its About 3yrs Old He Had It Running For 2yrs, Reason For Selling Divorced And Moved To Smaller Place.
I'm Interested On Setting It Up. But I Can Use Some Input.
My Budget Is 1000.00 To Start With Put Into Tank. I Like Tangs, Clown Fish, The Bicolor Angel Fish Well Mainly Peaceful Fish And Lr And Corals.

you shouldnt have any problem starting off with 700.00 dollars. Your tank and filter alone new , would run you close to 1000.00 I have the exact same set up. Your only other 2 really big expenses will be your lights and your live rock. So i would buy about 40 lbs of live rock and about 120 lbs of Base rock. That would be the least expensive way to go.
