MY FRIEND HAS GAVE ME 40LB OF Fiji Premium Live Rock BUT IT HAS BEEN IN A TANK FOR ABOUT 5 MONTHS WITH OUT A FILTER AND SIRCULATION AND I THINK ITS DEAD IT HAS A LOT OF WHITE STUFF ON IT TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO too get all of the white stuff off i have the rock in a bin with a aqueclear 70 power head the white stuff here is some pics

u should be fine, the white is just dead coralline growth from no lights and water movement under proper conditions it will brighten up to purple, greens, etc...

Oh wow..that is wierd...maybe dead encrusting coral?
