Please Help!!!!

I have a 75 gal tank with a wet/dry filter and about every 15 seconds my return pump keeps spitting out loads of micro bubbles. It's driving me nuts.Can someone please tell me what i might be doing wrong.

Since no one has responded... I'll take a stab... Is your pump fully submerged?
