i have an aqua clear 802 powerhead and it is creating a big problem with my porcupine puffer he always goes under it then he get sucked up by the tube which connects to a undergravel filter which i dont have. WHAT SHOULD I DO

Did the ph come with any other attachments for the bottom? If so, try a different one or go to your lfs and see if they have any other attachments. That may work......
I recently bought a couple more ph's for my tank and it came with several coverings/attachments.
Just an idea!

At a minimum put a sponge filter on the powerhead.

At <a href="http://www.**************.com" target="_blank">**************.com</a> they have powerhead attachments that serve as mechanical filters, and can even contain media, such as carbon. They are really nice and fit almost every powerhead. They're also really cheap. Just go into the Fish section, and then Filtration/Powerheads, and then just look for it in the selection. HTH
