That is a glass anemone...or commonly called an aiptasia. Joes juice will get rid of them, but yes, they multiply extremely fast.

thanks thats what i kinda thought they were. So there bad tho right?? Does anything eat them?
The only fish that I know of that will eat them, but this is not always true, is a copperband butterfly. These fish are not for the beginner aquarist though, and not all will eat them.
They are a bad hitchiker, when they get out of control and grow large they can consume small fish. They are also unsightly if the tank is overgrown with them. Some people have had good luck with boiling water in a syringe and blast the anemone. Or use Joes Juice. If they are on a rock with no coral you can take the rock out, let it dry up, which kills them. Of course, now the rock is not live anymore.

pepperments would be my first choice as a preditor for them, if you have alot of them then i would say a copperbanded butterfly but they have a rep of dieing so try the pepperments first,
alot of people just spit out joes joice, but for me i have to say put their preditor in there and if they find one they will eat it, its better then joes joice, but what ever you do, dont pull it off, ive done this befor and you end up with a small colony where it used to be, it just makes it worce, so get you some pepperments, and be done with it befor they get out of hand
