hi im new here and have been reading as much as i can and have learned alot.. but there are 2 items in my tank i cant find any info on?? if any one would help it would be great.. thanks very much
this is some snail like tube stuff growing on my glass any suggestions?

next is some kind of sponge or maybe just algea,its the red lump on the rock??

The first thing on your glass is a bunch of micro worms (they are similar to feather dusters) and they are not harmful to your tank. The second one is a red sponge, again they are more common in newer tanks and will typically go away as the tank becomes more established. Both of the creatures are common in new reef systems.
