What is this? Not the fish, the round thing on the rock. What does it eat? How big will it get?

Cryptocentrus cinctus Yellow shrimpgoby, Yellow Watchman Goby
They are carnivores, eating mysis, brine, flake, pods, and all sorts of other yummies. :happyfish
They also come in another color sold as the banded shrimpgoby which is a cryptic offwhite with smudgy black bars and pinpoint blue dots (the same dots the yellow form has).
These fish get to be approximately 3" long.

:needhelp: Obviously, I wasn't quite as aware of the world as should have been. The fish is much more interesting than the little, white, round disk thingy. I have no idea what the thingy is, sorry.

i hade a few of those in my tank too. Havent seen one in a while. One came form a piece of live rock, and like two days after i put in the live rock, the little disc was stuck to the side of the glass!! so it moved whatever it was. Was it hard?

I have one of them also, it is very near to my new zoo,s looks light pink? Thought it was a misplaced zoo since its not on the same rock, but near it, and its not the same color, but sure looks like one.
