Found this piece in some foundation rock I bought at my lf for $15 lots of polyps but what are the tubular things are they good bad or just whatever
please identify

Did you get it in water yet? Get some pics. Looks like dusters maybe.

have the rock in a small bowl of water dont think they are feather dusters though
