thanks guys i like them both, but can you mabye get some sloser pictures because the reason i started this thread is so i could see the detail and how they are supported and how the single pieces fit together, in these pics i can only really see the piece as a whole.
to make it a little shorter post pics of different aggles and include pics of inside mabye while lights are off so you dont get burned. thanks

All i used was 3/4 oak plywood glued all edges together, then screwed all panels together with 1 5/8 drywall screws then used 1 x 4 solid oak to trim out the out side glued that on then finished nailed to hold in place. On all cut outs for doors and what not to use a templet and router because a radiused cornor is stronger then a sharp cornor.Mines holding a 210 gal tank no problems.feel free to ask if you need to ill try to post more pics as soon as i can.

Only about 6" of space behind the tank from the wall.
Got a fan in the right side cabinate, never got above 80 degrees.
I'll try and take some pics of my other canopy on my 29. May give you some ideas.

If you look on the upper right side, you can see the fan I have there. Just a simple 8" fan that I bought from the local drug store for $8. Just put a screw there and hung it. Got it on a timer so it only runs when the lights are on and for 2 horus after they go off to reduce evaporation. Dont even run it in the winter.

Here are the pics of my canopy from my 29 gal. You can see the side fan on the first one. I simply used a $6 computer fan from BestBuy that I hooked up to an old 12 volt cell charger.
On the inside, I have a 175W MH, 65W PC and three LED moonlights (not visible) in a single reflector. There is also a 1-1/2 inch fan on the top, left corner that blows air out. Connected to the same power source as the larger side fan.
Took one day to build out of scrap I had laying around from my 125. Took another 3 days to stain, paint and seal.
I'm waiting for it to mature a few more months before getting the onyx clowns in there their anemone.
