Merhaba ;)
In my opinion. Go with the Reef. Your fish list seems ok but I would not put more than 5 small to medium fish in a 55. Good idea to use the live rock.

I'm no expert but in my opinion I think a Lion fish should be kept as a speicies only tank.
My Turkish as well as many other languages came from sitting down a long time ago and learning how to say hello in more than just french, german, and spanish, but also Japanise, Indian, Polish, Russian, Greek, Italian,..etc you name it. I have seen many a suprised face when I was able to just simply say hello to them in their own language and a warm smile, I have befriended many who have come to this country as forein exchange students, the list goes on. I have always been interested in Languages.

Now there are some answers in my head but i JUST want two question's answers
1- Does lions and maroons kill copperband, regal blue or royal dottyback?
2- Which corals, mushrooms, polyps and anemones can i put with these ones?
Thanks for your helps

i never really thought maroons were agressive, and ive always herd that a lionfish would never atack anything unless the thing would fit in its mouth and it could eat it in one bite. lionfish can open their mouths really wide too! i would stay away from any kind of butterfly sry:( so maybe if u got a dwarf lion, which r much smaller than normal ones, and sum big maroons, they would live fine. ive never herd of lions or maroons eating corals either. i also luv lion fish but i would be so scared to have one in my tank, cuz i would have bad dreams about it killing all my fish.

250 gallon with Lion, Niger Trigger, Clown Trigger, Hawkfish, Maculosus Angel, Yellowstripe Maroon Clown. Got rid of the eel recently because he went nuts and started attacking everything (even though buddy that has the tank had him for years) and Lunare Wrasse died recently.
Buddy drops in a thawed Formula I and the lion eats it whole. Feeds two of these cubes every 3 days.
Lions will usually eat what fits in their mouth. The difficult thing I have found is getting them from live fish to frozen food. Need to be VERY careful since their dorsal, pelvic and anal fins are venomous. My brother was stung by his. He went to the emergency room for a couple of shots of antihistamine and something else. He said it's the worst pain he's ever had. His whole arm swelled up pretty big and he hurt for about a week. He couldn't even bend his fingers for days because they were so swollen. They don't usually attack you but you need to pay attention to where they are in the tank so you don't bump into them.
They are reef safe (with caution). They'll eat crustaceans, shrimp, small fish, etc.

Some of you says lions has reef safe, and some of you are saying lions re not for reefs! And i forgot to say smthing! In Turkey, In summers the weather becomes 45 C degrees. And the water became 35 or more !!! I dont have a machine which makes water cold. Corals are very sensitive to hot and cold arent they? And i have a friend here he has a big lion and he had a copperband too in a wonderful reef. Let me show his tanks picture

i don know wat ur getting at by tellin us the wheather in turkey but i know that in many cases it depends on the personality of teh fish. thats y not all advice can be accurate. it may also depend on feedings too. ur frend probly keeps it well fed in a huge tank where it feels no need to prey upon anything or attack other fish becuz of teritory reasons. also u can buy tank gloves to keep ur arms dry and too keep lions from touching u. ur frends lucky to have a healthy copper banded especially with that lion.
